Ze'ev is a master at negotiating with the mortgage companies! Ze'ev and his team fought tooth and nail with the mortgage companies to negotiate a satisfactory short sale us. We didn’t bring a dime to closing and Ze'ev was able to obtain the mortgage companies’ agreement to write off well over $100,000 in mortgage debt for us. He has a staff that is comprised of EXPERTS when it comes to dealing with pre-foreclosure properties. He has a staff appraiser and a team of experienced Loss Mitigation Negotiators that work exclusively for him on his short sale files. I recommend that anyone in a pre-foreclosure situation contact Ze'ev, as I am quite certain there is no one with his level of expertise in dealing with short sales.

Ze'ev Bar-El is truly the Short Sale Jedi! We were upside down and totally underwater on our home. He convinced our mortgage companies to write off more than $200,000 in mortgage debt. Now we do not have this showing as a foreclosure on our credit reports. He explained to our CPA how the “House Bill 3648 - the Mortgage Forgiveness Debt Relief Act of 2007” worked and how through Program 3648 we were not liable for the adverse tax consequences of the debt forgiveness. Our CPA is now referring his other clients in "pre-foreclosure" to Ze'ev and his staff. We had no idea what to do about our situation until we met Ze'ev. We were so upside down with the collapse of real estate values. We are very thankful to Ze'ev and his staff. They quite literally gave us back out life. We now have hope for the future!

I have known Ze'ev Bar-El, both on a business/professional basis, as well as on a personal basis for over fifteen (15) years. I have been a close friend of Ze'ev Bar-El and his family for years.

I originally came to know Ze'ev in 1992 when I purchased an investment property through him. I was young and skeptical at that point in my life and the transaction scared me to death.
